Last weekend I went to two places. One of them was Willowbank Wildlife on Saturday, the other one was a farm visit that I joined school's active activity on Sunday.
Last weekend I went to two places. One of them was Willowbank Wildlife Reserve on Saturday, the other one was a farm visit on Sunday.
At In the earliest hour, my friends invited me to going to the zoo, but when we had arrievd Willowband and we known realized that it was a Wildlife reserve not a zoo. Willowband Wildlife's ticket was more expensive than I thought, but it was also an experience that I've never had before. It was my first time that I went to a wildlife reserve in other country. It was also my second time that I`d been went to a wildlife reserve. When I first time went to wildlife reserve in my country at the first time where was more similar to Wildlife National Park, it was quited different from Willowbank Wildlife. Willowband Wildlife wasn't big, but it looks like compressing a big wild into a small place. They hadn't used gates to corral these animals which that couldn't fly or attacked human. For example, the kinds of birds that awalked around your feet, for example such as ducks, peacocks, gooses etc... . Those animals and I were very closing, so I could watch them very clearly. It was a very exciting things experience for me.

On Sunday I joined school's activity which that went to Canterbury and a farm. We went to Riccarton Market which where a lot of hawkers were there selling goods. When I saw an old lady who spun from wool to woolen thread, I was interested in it and I asked her letting me to trying it. It was too hard to for me but it really had a lot of fun, and she gave me a piece of woolen which was spun by myself. Then we went to Cookie Time's cookie factory, but it didn't open on Sunday. We just took some photos with Cookie Munchers. Finally, we went to a farm, at this that time the weather became windy and cloudy. When we rode horses the weather started heavy raining and we came back to the farm as soon as we could. Although the heavy raining interrupted our riding, I though this experience was enough for me. Then, we had lunch and watched dog show and sheep shearing in the farm.
On Sunday I joined a school activity that went to a farm. We went to Riccarton Market where a lot of hawkers were selling goods. When I saw an old lady who spun wool to make woolen thread, I was interested in it and I asked her to let me try it. It was too hard for me but I really had a lot of fun, and she gave me a piece of wool which was spun by myself. Then we went to Cookie Time cookie factory, but it didn't open on Sundays. We just took some photos with Cookie Munchers. Finally, we went to a farm, at that time the weather became windy and cloudy. When we rode horses it started to rain heavily and we came back to the farm as soon as we could. Although theheavy rain interrupted our riding, I thought this experience was enough for me. Even though the weahter at last weekend wasn't nice, I also had a lot of precious experiences. The fisrt time went being to a Wildlife reserve in another country, spun a piece of woolen carded wool yarns into a piece of woollen cloth and rode a horse etc... all of them were very specially for me.
